PLOTTING WITH NORMAN:

Though Norman is still a war criminal due to his attack on Asgard, currently his charges are temporarily suspended until the mess with New York is sorted out. He has swayed public opinion about himself to allow his freedom, promising that he will work on a way to free New York from the 'bubble' surrounding it, his resources at Oscorp an invaluable asset for this. However, of course Norman always has something up his sleeve, and has plenty of angles he is working from the shadows that run parallel to the face he puts on for the public. If you want to plot with Norman, feel free to present any ideas! Norman has his hands in just about every going-on in New York, either directly or from afar.
Friends: Norman has a large network of 'friends' he is willing to work with, granted they provide him with some sort of benefit. Most of the time, this includes controlled destruction and damages that can further any of his plots, so naturally Norman likes to work with other criminals, but isn't above working with heroes if it plays into his schemes.
Enemies: SPIDER-MAN. And anyone else self-righteous enough to try and take the spotlight away from Norman and mess with his plans.
Other: Norman doesn't have many other relations outside of that, seeing as being an evil mastermind is a pretty overwhelming job. But he does have time for romance every once and while - however, they've got to see things his way.

Just like the plotline during Dark Reign, Norman is making a list of everyone that needs to go as he realizes too many heroes in the world are going to make his plans difficult. He has a few allies on his side to help with this, such as The Winter Soldier, and if you want to be involved with it (as an ally or a target) let me know!
