Chance encounter, perhaps? I'm guessing Strange would probably recognise Loki and most likely assume that he still is evil?

Strange & Katie
So Kate and Strange in 616 worked together s few times - normally on the big Avengers shindigs - but he also hid the Young Avengers from the government and the Civil War for a while which was very sweet of them...that was untill the kids got dragged into it and it all went to shit.
But yeah, mostly because hes from home dimension that we should do something and because he was really one of the only Avengers that was nice to the kids and helped them out.
Dunknow maybe he could teach her how to mediate or something to destress because shes 21 going on 50 with a stress ulcer around the corner! XD

Charlie & Strange:
So Strange as far as I'm aware is one of the very very very few characters in Marvel that can Astral Project. Charlie's never really met anyone who even knows what her power is called never mind can actually do it, though fair enough her projections are more powerful she has no idea how to control it. It would be nice for them to meet.
I suppose Strange or the Avengers could always find her with the pretence of trying to get her to project outside the city. If she can't project outside the city then they really are well and truly cut off, after all the astral and energy planes don't behave the same as the physical. Assuming the city is properly cut off she wouldn't be able to get outside the barrier even via the astral plane. Would be real alarm bells / give a lot of information about how the cities been separated from the universe.
