Kurt & Remy
I think this will be a funny interaction to have. Kurt knows Remy as the slightly older (though in this case a good amount older) guy that's been pursuing his adopted sister Rogue. Naturally, Kurt's protective of his sister and doesn't know what to think of Remy who used to role with Magneto's crew and isn't exactly the most trustworthy of guys. Add that to the even more womanizing ways this free bird Remy must be and Kurt's just plain not going to like him and may target him for some well placed pranks. (maybe even with the help of the Bamfs)

I don't know if Remy has any connection to the old Ms Marvel, but Kamala would probably have heard of Gambit from her own timeline.

So, yeah, I can imagine these two bumping into each other at a bar or something. They both seem to be involved in constant trouble, and I'm sure the banter would be just hilarious.
Plus how can you not love Gambit?
