Loki Laufeyson

Appearance:

Loki appears to be about twelve, although he has been alive for much longer than that. He has slightly long black hair that hangs down around his face. His eyes are bright green - the same colour as the leaves on the trees. It is not a common colour and as such is arguably his most distinguishing feature.

Of course, there are other things that are likely to draw attention to him as well. Like the fact that he has a habit of wearing his Asgardian garb wherever he is. This consists of black leggings and a tight green shirt over them which goes half way down his though. On the chest of the green top is a pronged symbol on a golden disk, representing the horns of Loki. He has a golden belt that goes around his waist and a golden crown that has a small V on it. The green top he wears have loose black t-shirt like sleeves that go over skin tight sleeves beneath them. The shirt also has a white hood that can be worn. He has black gloves that he edged in gold and the same can be said for his boots.

Despite his parentage, Loki is small for a giant's offspring. He is about the same size as a Midgardian child his own age - which ends up being just chest height. Loki is not underfed, having the support of his older brother (a prince), although it is weight that he had to put on since he was resurrected as a child on the streets. Over all, he appears to be a twelve year old at the peak of fitness for someone his age.


Personality

Loki is a compulsive liar and enjoys cheating and manipulating situations. It is something that he doesn't seem to be able to escape and is a remainder of his former life. Despite this link to his past, Loki fears growing up and becoming his older self. He has a lot more morality than his previous self and empathy. He has trouble making friends due to his trickster like nature and also due to his history - few are willing to trust him. The only other person who trusts him is his brother, Thor. This has left Loki IDOLIZING his brother and wanting to be just like him. However, due to his nature, his attempts to protect others are through trickery which does have a habit of being more likely to backfire.

The use of trickery shows his INTELLIGENCE - it is his wits and cunning that he uses to keep him alive and it has done very well so far. He has shown himself adapt at using everything within his resources to help save the day, including using his believed persona of a God of Evil which comes from the actions of his previous self. On top of this, he has shown himself to be brilliant at cheating - even in games such as gambling and has sometimes shown KLEPTOMANIAC TENDENCIES.

Unlike his previous self, Loki now has a love for Midgardian things and even has possession of a Stark Phone which he uses to take pictures and to surf the internet which he finds to be an enjoyable past time and very useful when it comes to learning about what mortals do.

Despite all this, there seems to be a hint of insanity to the child. His actions are certainly not something that one would expect from a child and the fact that he speaks to Ikol can lead to others questioning him. After all, Ikol is a part of himself and no one else can see him. Loki does try to avoid talking to him.

Since being reborn as a child, Loki has lost most of his magical abilities. He is no longer the great and powerful spell-caster that he once was. Despite this, he does have advantages.

Biology:
Like Asgardians, Loki has dense tissue (3 times denser than that of a mortal from Earth). This leads his weight to being heavier than a Midgardian kid of his size. Not only this, it means he has super human stamina. He has enough stamina to continue at peak performance for 24 hours. His healing is faster than that of a human due to a faster metabolism that is possessed by his kind. This biology also means that he has superhuman strength and he also ages at a slower rate than mortals, making him appear to be immortal

Sorcery:
Since being reborn, his ability with the arcane arts has decreased. He can only manage more basic spells. Despite this, he has been able to further enhance the abilities of biology. However, anything else requires other items to help him out such as herbs. Despite the restrictions in his powers, Loki has shown to be powerful at psionics, capable of communicating via the mind over distances as well as being able to communicate with animals.

Mischief and Lies:
This is something that he is known to be a god of and is extremely skilled at. It has hard to know when the truth ends and when the lies start, if he ever decides to tell the truth. On top of this, he does have a habit of causing mischief just because it amuses him - and he never seems to fail at this. 

The start to the life of this child was death. Loki died, seemingly to save the universe, but he had a plan. He needed to change and to do that, he needed to start anew. So he removed himself from the Book of Hel and then he died (as planned). The full inTent of Loki, which is currently unknown to all but himself, is to take over the reincarnated form of himself as soon as that form has changed the opinions of Loki.

As such, it wasn't long before he came back as a young child, living on the streets of Paris, performing tricks while an ACCOMPLICE PICK-POCKETED the watchers. Here he went by the name Serrure (French for Lock) but he suffered from nightmares of having done terrible things. And these bad dreams explained when Serrure found out who he was, thanks to the arrival of Thor, his adopted brother. It was because of Thor that he regained the knowledge of who he was, although the memories seemed lost.

Taken in with Asgardians, Loki found himself without many friends - very few were willing to trust him considering what he had been in the past. The warriors Three only protected him because of an oath that they had sworn to Thor and still resented the boy, something that Loki knew. Despite this, he stayed in Asgard, where his brother was. Thor was the only source of trust that he had and as such, he was only TRULY safe around his brother. During this time, Loki picked up a Stark Phone that he uses to surf the internet and take pictures (He did buy it from some traders, using gold that he had gambled off some dwarves, minor details).

Peace could not later, though and soon there was a riddle for Loki to solve - sent via EXPLODING magpie. It revealed to him that his older self still existed and after a conversation, it was decided that the reincarnation of Loki would live on and his older self would advise him in the form of a magpie.

With this sorted out, it soon fell to Loki to defend the realms, with his brother in prison and Asgard keen to have his head. Forcing the Helwolf into his service, Loki rode to Hel and managed to MANIPULATE a deal between Hela and Mephisto, so that they would side against the SERPENT. The actions in the underworld left Loki with four of the Disir in his service and he got these to kill the Helwolf so that he would ride into Limbo to face Surtur. Once there, he struck up a deal with the fire demon to get some of the twilight of Surtur's sword.

now armed with the Shadow of the Twilight Sword, Loki returned to the world of the living, prepared to defeat the Serpent. This he planned to do by getting inside Dark Asgard to REWRITe the serpent's history with the Twilight sword, giving the Serpent a weakness which would allow Thor to kill him but also would result in the death of his brother. However, he never got around to this due to being forced into another dimension, the one he is currently trapped in

This was unusual, Loki decided as he stared out at the city. Having spent much of his time wondering most of the nine realms, he was UNACCUSTOMED to being stuck. Without a way to transverse between them, he was stuck. And Loki didn't like it. The child sat on the roof of a building (even if he couldn't get into the other realms, it was child's play to get around the buildings). Green eyes stared out over the horizon. He had been here a grand total of five minutes and already he didn't like it. A sigh escaped his lips. What if there was no Thor, no Asgardia? What if he really could start a new without the stigma of the old Loki? Unlikely.

"What do you think, Ikol?" He asked, looking towards the magpie that flew around above his head. The spirit of his old, much more evil self, had the experience that Loki didn't currently have.
"I've not encountered something like this but it has the style of the Infinity Gems on it," The voice said and a frown pulled down the face of the youthful god. He knew what it meant to have the Infinity Gems being part of the reason why this... pocket dimension. The Infinity Gems meant someone powerful - possible even with the Infinity Gauntlet, which meant Thanos. And for now, he was out powered and had no bargaining chips. He would have to start collecting more.
"Well, this is problematic, not something that I can fix with a wave of my hand," He muttered to himself. Ikol cawed in agreement.

Standing up with a start, the child walked to the edge of the building, staring down at the people below. He would have to start getting allies soon. That and enough information on those around him to be able to force them to be on his side if he had to.
"Do you have any plans?" Ikol asked, sitting on the side of the building.
"I need to see if there is a version of my brother here, or anyone I know. And make sure they won't kill me for the past," He said, wondering who he could turn to. Out of everyone, the only person he could trust not to kill him (without something keeping them pleasant to him) was his brother. Well, it was about time he start making connections and getting all that he needed. Time for a new game Loki thought as he moved to head back down to the ground.
