So apologies for being sporadic, the last two weeks I've been in hospital, moved apartments, worked 120 hours at work this week and a 120 last week - not that I get paid extra for it - and I am just swamped to hell and back right now. Things will calm down a little when I have my student in the lab finishing next week and with a couple of days off coming up.

Apologies for the length of my absence. I've been in and out of hospital sick, I've got pneumonia. Never the less I'm starting to feel human again - I will be back with posts in the new few days.
