So... what's a girl to do? You just finish up an extremely harrowing interview and manage to nail the part of esteemed action heroine Heather Amstrong, when what happens? You get called to New York to meet with your agent and get some preliminary shoots out of the way for early PR. Of course, then some cosmic or galactic jerk decides to ruin your stay in New York. Guess I should have just stayed in Los Angeles. Come to think of it, bad guys seem to attack L.A. a heck of a lot less than New York!
Well, that doesn't matter now. I'm here, and I'm stuck here! And it's New York! So.. there ought to be a bunch of heroes running around, right? Those self-defense classes from Captain America will help, but I'm going to need some serious protection when the real trouble hits the fan...
... so who is up to help one of the innocent civilians? You know.. the ones that are trying not to get clobbered when you boys are throwing fire at each other and flying around the sky?

So I'm freaking out right now about this whole Twilight Zone thing. So much so that I'm racing to see if my Aunt May is in grave danger. Perhaps you can help me calm down a bit MJ? Unless you need saving of course.

Now, I know MJ most likely will have no idea who Danny is, other than perhapse by reputation of his last name, but where he is from he knew her well. Through a mutual friendship with Peter the group has 'hung out' a lot and I feel it safe to say that Daniel would see her as a good friend. Even though this version is older then the one he knew, Danny would take any chance to start up new friendships in the wake of old ones. It may never be as close and chummy as their highschool one, but no the new connections there is a level of responsibility and friendship that would draw him to try and know her or even be protective as he was in his home world. Let me know what you think ;D

Well we have two options, meeting through heroics, or face to unmasked face on the streets. So not sure you wanna have her getting into something where alas she needs to be saved, or perhaps they meet up on the street. Or..depending on where she lives, they may have homes close to each other. He will be buying up an apartment to live in so if she also has an apartment they could live in the same building.

I wouldn't be playing Mary Jane if I had a problem with being saved.  She just landed in New York, so she'll have to get a place to stay right quick. Maybe we can work that in? |
